Refund policy

  We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging and with the receipt or order number.

To start a return, please fill out online request form below. All return and refund requests will be reviewed. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and filling out the form will not be accepted. Please note that it may take 2 to 4 business days to receive an update on your refund or return status. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or open/used products. Exceptions will vary on a case-by-case basis; if unhappy with your product please reach out to us as your satisfaction is important to us.

Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received your returned product and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch with us.
